FVSource Co-Founder Ashley Appointed as NordCham Vietnam Board Observer

Yen Le (Ashley), Co-Founder and COO of FVSource, has been appointed as an Observer to the NordCham Vietnam Board of Directors for the August 2026 to March 2027 term. The appointment was announced by NordCham Vietnam as part of its latest Board update.

Ashley brings hands-on experience across business development, operations, supply chain and manufacturing projects in Vietnam. Her professional background gives her a practical understanding of the challenges international companies face when developing and managing supply chains in the country.

Her appointment builds on FVSource’s ongoing engagement with NordCham Vietnam and the wider Nordic business community.

NordCham Vietnam is a non-profit business chamber supporting companies from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden operating in Vietnam. Ashley’s Role as NordCham Board Observer

As Co-Founder and COO of FVSource, Ashley is closely involved in the execution of sourcing and manufacturing projects in Vietnam. Her work includes supplier qualification, factory coordination, production follow-up and on-the-ground operational oversight.

Through this work, she develops a practical understanding of the issues international companies must navigate when building supply chains in Vietnam, from aligning supplier capabilities with customer requirements to maintaining quality standards and coordinating day-to-day production activities.

As a Board Observer, Ashley will have the opportunity to engage with fellow Board members and Nordic companies active in Vietnam, bringing an operational perspective informed by her work with international businesses and local manufacturers.

Her appointment also reflects FVSource’s continued engagement with NordCham Vietnam and its wider business community, where collaboration and local market understanding play an important role in supporting cross-border business activities.
